Positive, We had an amazing stay with a lake view room! The staff was super helpful, especially Serena, who provided great suggestions. The breakfast on the terrace was just delightful. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated.

We enjoyed the stunning views of the lake while having breakfast on the lovely terrace. The location was perfect for us to explore the center of Lucerne and the staff made our stay memorable with their warm and welcoming service. My teenagers loved the nearby lakeside area for swimming and relaxing.
My kids wished for more room amenities during our stay.

I loved my stay in the Double Room! The decor was artsy and unique, giving it a cozy vibe. The bed was super comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. Also, waking up to those stunning lake views each morning was a highlight. Plus, the little Lindor chocolate bars in the room were such a sweet touch! It did feel a bit tight with luggage though, wish there was a bit more space.

It was a perfect match for a momentary pause in Lucerne with extraordinarily good value for money. The breakfast on the terrace was a wonderful way to start the day, made even better by the stunning lake views. Make sure to check out the nearby gardens for a nice walk.

The Junior Suite with Balcony was super comfy and had one of the best views of Lake Lucerne. The bed was firm but super cozy, perfect for a good night's sleep. Loved the unique decoration style—definitely added to the charm! A great homey feel overall, although it was a bit tight for three nights if you have a lot of luggage.
